The MR706LH2 is a 4-stroke, 6-cylinder in-line, 4.2-liter diesel engine with a turbocharger and aftercooler, featuring electronically controlled direct fuel injection. The engine is characterized by excellent performance and low fuel consumption.

The cooling system is managed by separate fresh and seawater circuits, with easily removable hoses for convenient maintenance. The oil circuit, cooled via a seawater heat exchanger, along with the water and air systems, is designed to minimize the number of external flexible pipes.

Auxiliary units are driven by a Poly-V belt, ensuring efficient power transmission and longer service life compared to traditional solutions. Due to its displacement and 6-cylinder in-line design, this engine guarantees high torque at low rpm and an extremely low vibration level, one of the best in its class.

Due to its optimal dimensions and weight, the MR706LH2 engine is easy to install even in confined spaces.
