VM Motori D754TPE2, D754TPE2.FRP Engine (REFURBISHED). The D754TPE2.FRP is a 4-stroke diesel engine featuring direct fuel injection, a mechanical fuel pump, and a turbocharger. This water-cooled engine is ideally suited for demanding work environments, thanks to its reliability, straightforward design, and ease of maintenance. End-users particularly appreciate its low fuel consumption, reduced noise levels, and compact dimensions, which facilitate easy installation in confined spaces. The FRP version comes equipped with a starter, battery charging alternator, radiator, and fan with protective covers, filters, and water and oil sensors. A wide range of optional equipment allows the engine to be customized according to the specific needs of the end user.

Full Description

A customer with a VM Motori D754 engine came to the TECH4S service, which suffered a serious breakdown – damage to the injector caused the piston burn and deformation of the piston group. This is a classic, but very dangerous case, when one small part (injector) can damage the entire engine.
The mechanics disassembled the entire engine, assessed the condition and made a decision to carry out a complete overhaul. Original VM Motori parts, block, cranks, heads, crankshaft and fuel system were ordered.
The process required both technical knowledge and precision, from precise measurement to final assembly. After a few weeks of painstaking work, the engine regained its power, and was successfully tested on the bench.

Final approval is granted only when the engines are tested under real operating conditions. These tests allow us to ensure safety and functionality and are highly valued by our customers. We perform the necessary warranty service work at our company premises or as a mobile service throughout the area.  

On-Road Engines

The range of industrial engines for roads is based on the experience of “VM Motori” in the industrial and vehicle sectors. R750 – EURO VI engines are designed to meet the stringent EURO VI requirements, using exhaust gas treatment and recirculation (DOC and DPF + SCR with a cooled EGR system). The same engines are also offered with Stage V certification for non-road mobile machinery (NRMM).
