To maintain maximum reliability, it is necessary to use oil of the correct viscosity according to the operating temperature, change the filters according to the schedule and monitor the oil pressure according to the devices. Observe valve gaps and nozzle pressure norms – power, smoke and consumption directly depend on this. It is recommended to periodically perform diagnostics of the EDC DC5, synchronize the injection time, and check the sensors. Before a long-term “cold” start, it is useful to use a suitable fuel conditioner and take care of the cleanliness of the cooling system.
